For my grandma's birthday in June, we made her a fancy dinner. This easy salad required few ingredients but had the perfect crunch, sweetness, and healthy taste. In a bowl, we tossed mixed greens, red grapes, cucumber chunks, and chickpeas. Most salads were topped with goat cheese and candied pecans (we could not put these in the salad due to allergies).
I coated my salad with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing. I'm not the salad lover who loads up the dressing, but I put just enough to taste it while still tasting each individual component. If you've never had a salad with this combination of ingredients, I highly recommend you try it!
