Healthy Pancakes. Wait, those words go together?!

Ever have those mornings where you crave something sweet but don't want to eat away calories first thing after waking up? Well, put a smile on your face because this recipe is here for the rescue! You just found your new go-to breakfast: quick, easy, nutritious, and delicious.

I came across a TikTok with this pancake recipe and they looked too good to scroll past. With all of the ingredients being in the house to make them, I got up early one morning to try these. Before I knew it, a light and fresh breakfast was in front of me.


It's literally this simple, in a blender combine and mix until smooth:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 cup milk

Spray your pan and cook. Enjoy :)


To note my one modification, the recipe by @gulcooks on TikTok added Chia seeds after blending, but I skipped this step.
